Introduction of the rose 'Pierre d'Aspelt', 2021

The baptism of the rose 'Pierre d'Aspelt' took place on June 5, 2021, on the occasion of the inauguration of the renovated castle of Aspelt, and in honor of the 700th anniversary of death, on June 5, 1320, of Pierre d'Aspelt, born in Aspelt, a prominent ‘early European’ , the most famous son of the Commune of Frisange.

The pink-lila shrub rose was created by Jean-Lin Lebrun (MELAROSA, France).
